研究领域和方向

以天然产物、生物材料等化合物的微生物合成为研究目标,变革传统生产模式,利用代谢工程、合成生物学、酶工程等手段,构建微生物细胞工厂,解决生物合成的关键科学问题,提高生产效率,旨在实现上述高附加值产品的绿色生物制造,推动工业化生产。主要研究包括:
1. 解析天然产物在微生物中的合成途径,实现新化合物的微生物合成
2. 开发高效基因组装和基因组编辑技术
3. 代谢途径构建与调控
4. 开发针对特定化合物的底盘细胞改造技术,构建高效微生物细胞工厂
5. 生物材料的微生物生产

研究成果

主持国家自然科学基金等国家级项目3项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项;参与国家自然科学基金项目、973项目等4项。迄今在Metabolic Engineering, ACS Catalysis, Trends in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Advances等国内外本领域高水平期刊发表学术论文30余篇,获授权发明专利 4项。参编出版《合成生物学》教材,参与出版学术专著4部。
