Dr. Xian Zhang received his Ph.D degree in Business management, University of Wales, Lampeter. He was a lecturer in MIT Department in University of Wales, Lampeter. He achieved MA degree with distinction and was awarded as the Second place of the European “Yomping Cup” competition of the new venture ideas in Cardiff and “Mao Lixiang Best Paper Award on Family Business Management”. He has worked in several projects including those granted by NSFC, such as the Major State Basic Research Development Program of China (973 Program), etc. He continues his career as a postdoctoral research fellow in School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology.
