摘要:人口城市化进程的推进以及人口城市化水平的提高 ,对我国城乡就业状况和城乡就业率产生显著影响。本文对我国人口城市化水平对城乡就业率短期影响和长期影响进行了分析 ,认为 ,从现阶段发展情况看 ,滞后的人口城市化进程是导致我国当前高失业率的主要原因之一 ,当前和今后一段时间应提高我国人口城市化水平 ,促进就业 ,提高我国的城乡就业水平。

Abstract:The promotion of the process and standard of the population citylization will strikingly affect the situation and rate of the employment in the urban and rural areas. This article analyzes the short term and long term influence of the standard of Chinese population citylization upon the rate of the city employment. In view of the present situation, the author argues that the backward process of the population citylization is the main cause for Chinese high rate of unemployment. Therefore China should raise the standard of its population citylization as soon as possible, and meanwhile manage to promote the employment and reach a higher level in this aspect.
