摘要:人文科学教育关系到人类道德取向和法制观念的传承,关系到人文精神和民族精神的塑造和发展,它的这种社会功能,决定了必须与时俱进,时刻保持先进性,反映时代精神。作者认为,为了突出重点,当前的人文科学教育尤其要注重对学生进行世界眼光、民族精神、价值观念、法纪观念、创新意识的培养。

Abstract:The humanities education is closely related to the tropism of the human morality and the heritage of the legal conception, so it is absolutely related to the shaping and development of the spirits of humanities and of the nation. This social function shows that the humanities education has to acclimatize the contemporary social trends and keep its advancement in order to reflect the zeitgeist.This paper argues that at present the humanities education should be centered round such aspects as broadening the students to the global vision, cultivating their national spirit, and developing their sense of value, of law and of innovation.
