An Introduction to the Traditional New Year Pictures and the Appearance of the Improved New Year Pictures in the Late Qing Dynasty

摘要:民间艺术中的非物质文化也是文化遗产中的一个重要组成部分。物质形态的文化和非物质形态的文化只有在一个统一体中,才能构成一种真正的文化。中国丰富的民间美术资源和悠久的传统,存在于民间。其中,传统年画是民间美术里最为精彩的一部分。清末民初,社会发生了大的变革,民间年画发生了自身的改良。对中国传统民间年画以及清末民初改良年画的分析研究,以期对中国文化遗产的相关研究课题能有所助益。Abstract:The immaterial culture of Chinese fork arts is a very important part of the national cultural heritage. A national culture does not take its complete shape until both the immaterial part and material part are perfectly combined together into one unit. China has a long history and rich resources in fork arts, and in the civilian storage there exist many colorful folk arts, one of which is the brilliant traditional new-year picture. In the late Qing Dynasty, the New-Year Picture was improved due to the great social reform. A study of the traditional New-Year Picture and the improved New-Year Picture in this period can provide useful information for the research of Chinese cultural heritage.
