摘要:通过对发达国家高等教育公平问题的历史考察,尝试将其分为3个不同的阶段;并指出在每个阶段高等教育公平问题的特点及其不公平的表现形式和形成原因。通过历史考察和现实的比较研究,得出结论:高等教育不公平问题是世界高等教育发展过程中面临的共同课题,这一问题的解决需要一个长期的过程,发达国家解决高等教育不公平问题的措施值得借鉴。

Abstract:The equity of higher education is the common theme in the research field of higher education all over the world.From the view of historical analyses to the equity of higher education in developed countries,the paper tries to classify them into three stages.It also points out the characteristics of equity of higher education in each stage,their forms of inequity,as well as the reasons of them.Through historical and present comparison,the paper concludes that the inequity of higher education is a common theme which lies in the development of world higher education.So there is a long way to go to solve it.However,we can draw lessons from the developed countries in solving the problems of higher education inequity.
