  • 摘要:竞争优势居战略研究的中心地位,战略管理文献主要从经济利润和价值创造的角度考察竞争优势。资源理论对竞争优势的理解经历了由利润观到价值观、从价值观到支付观的演变。在演变过程中,资源理论关于竞争优势的定义不断明晰,同义反复问题逐一化解,竞争优势研究的微观基础亦随之完善。

摘要:竞争优势居战略研究的中心地位,战略管理文献主要从经济利润和价值创造的角度考察竞争优势。资源理论对竞争优势的理解经历了由利润观到价值观、从价值观到支付观的演变。在演变过程中,资源理论关于竞争优势的定义不断明晰,同义反复问题逐一化解,竞争优势研究的微观基础亦随之完善。
