我国农业经营组织社会绩效评估体系研究

摘要:我国农业经营组织的绩效评估是借鉴工业企业的绩效评估体系进行的,工业企业绩效评估理论先天的不足——对社会绩效评估研究的空白导致农业经营组织绩效评估理论的残缺。为健全农业经营组织的绩效评估体系,在总结借鉴国内外企业社会绩效评估方面研究成果的基础上,剖析农业经营组织的内外部利益相关者——即社会绩效评估的主体,建立农业经营组织社会绩效评估指标体系,并利用综合评分法和层次分析法计算其综合绩效。为加快农业经营组织社会绩效评估的推广,政府可采取如下一些措施,如将社会绩效评估以立法形式纳入到农业经营组织的绩效评估体系中,Abstract:The performance evaluation of our country's agricultural operation organizations is carried out based on the performance evaluation system of industrial corporations. However, the inherent deficiency of performance evaluation theory of industrial corporations——failing to investigate the social performance evaluation leads to the deformity of the agricultural operation organizations'performance evaluation. In order to improve this agricultural system, after summarizing and borrowing ideas from the research achievements in the aspects of corporation social performance evaluation at home and abroad, we should analyze the stakeholders in and out of the agricultural operation organizations, namely, the main part of social performance evaluation, set up a indicator system of agricultural corporation organization's social performance evaluation and use general graded approach and analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to calculate the comprehensive performance. To accelerate the popularization of agricultural corporation organizations'social performance evaluation, the government can assume some measures as follows: making laws to add social performance evaluation into the performance evaluation system of agricultural corporation organizations, intensifying publicity and set special compensation funds.
