An Empirical Study of the Mediating Process of the Influence of Conflicts on Team Outcome

  • 摘要:由于团队成员个体差异,成员之间必然存在关系冲突且对团队产出有负面影响;但关系冲突影响团队产出的中介过程还有待研究。基于交互式记忆系统(Transactive memory system)理论建立研究模型,探索交互式记忆系统在关系冲突与团队产出关系中的中介作用。通过三轮纵截面问卷调查,在全国6个行业中收集了76个团队样本。实证研究认为:关系冲突对交互式记忆系统、团队绩效与团队学习产生直接负面影响。交互式记忆系统在关系冲突对团队绩效与团队学习的影响中起部分中介作用。
