    Research and Teaching Interest

    Our research is focused on the intelligent management and control of manufacturing execution process, adaptive intelligent processing, additive manufacturing etc. To carry out the technology research and software system development of reconfigurable manufacturing system, plan scheduling and dynamic scheduling, manufacturing execution system, and application with the production workshop type of the machine, sheet metal, assembly, SMT and ship curve block etc., the development of scheduling software has the domestic leading level. The technology of adaptive intelligent processing is studied including adaptive intelligent machining technology of thin-walled parts, support the weak and variable stiffness processing deformation control, adaptive closed-loop control based on measurement. Research and development of arc additive manufacturing technology, including self adaptive welding, rotary ultrasonic machining, robot control, and Reunite with increase and decrease of metal material manufacturing, etc. Cumulative bear the National Natural Science Foundation, National Defense Scientific Research & Development, as well as enterprise cooperation projects more than 20 items, published more than 40 SCI / EI papers, 8 software copyrights, patents, 1 National invention patent, 1 monographparticipated in compiling 2 textbooksNational Defense Science and Technology Progress second grade prize twice and third grade prize twice.
