On July 6, 2022, at the invitation of Professor Chen Songsheng, Professor Guo Jun from Rutgers University Business School visited the 2022 Summer School of Management and Economics, and gave an online title of "You Are Not Alone-Publish or Perish" academic report. More than 90 teachers and students from the School of Management and Economics participated in the academic exchange. Starting from the realistic background of articles published in academic journals, Professor Guo Jun systematically shared his experience and experience when submitting academic journals through examples and cases. At the same time, in the process of communicating with the reviewers, when there is a disagreement with the reviewers, how to correctly reply to the peers' comments.

In the online communication session, Professor Guo Jun communicated with teachers and students based on her own learning and scientific research experience, and gave detailed answers to everyone's questions.

Professor Guo Jun:

Guo Jun, tenured professor at Rutgers University School of Business. After graduating from Beijing Normal University with an undergraduate degree, she entered the State University of New York and received a master's degree and a doctorate degree in accounting. She has published nearly 20 papers in authoritative journals such as The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Banking and Finance. She has won more than ten awards including the Elsevier Review Award, and has served as a member of the editorial board of magazines such as Asian Rewiew of Accounting.
