Introduction

Female; born in 1970 in Changchun City, Jinlin Province; Doctor and Postdoctor of Manangement, Professor.

Received a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in1992, a Master’s Degree in Philosophy in 1995, and then a Doctor’s Degree in Management in December 1998; taught at School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology from September 2001, and promoted to professor in 2006.

Devoted chronically to the study in innovation management and science and technology policy, resulting in a profound academic accumulation in the two fields; engaged in the exploration and research in city management (public service management) in recent years; published over30academic thesises from 2000; accomplished 19 projects as project leader or sub-project leader and received a variety of awards.

Research Projects

Jul.2007–Jul.2009: Soft Science task of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission “Study on the Intension and Development Trend of Economic Policy, Science and Technology Policy and Innovation Policy”, the second principal. Research achievements are groundbreaking in the field of policy synergism.

Prizes and Honors
