Sun Changsen studied in the Department of Chemical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology in 1987. In 1998, he entered the School of Management and Economics and completed his master's and doctor's degree successively.
Since 1991, he has been engaged in China's medical and healthcare industry. He was founder of Shanghai Pharmaceutical KeyuanXinhai Pharmaceutical(formerly CITIC Pharmaceutical) and Beijing KeyuanXinhai Pharmaceutical Management Co., Ltd., served successively as general manager and chairman of Beijing Keyuan Xinhai, and deputy general manager and general manager of Shanghai Pharmaceutical KeyuanXinhai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. During his tenure, He and his team built CITIC Pharmaceutical into a pharmaceutical group with a revenue of nearly 20 billion yuan from scratch. In 2013, Sun Changsen founded LIH Healthcare focusing on rehabilitation. LIH Healthcare is committed to investment, management and operation of high level of rehabilitation medical services, based on evidence-based medicine and interdisciplinary team cooperation to provide high quality and accessible rehabilitation medical services in China.

Rehabilitation medicine, preventive medicine, healthcare medicine, clinical medicine are known as the "four big medicine". Rehabilitation is an important key to "medical value chain". Rehabilitation medical services can not only consolidate the acute phase clinical treatment effect, by accelerating patient body function recovery, reduce recurrence rate, reduce complications, save overall medical costs, and achieve more systematic full cycle of disease management. Rehabilitation medical treatment takes functional recovery and improvement as the core, through restoring and reconstructing patients ' functions, helps patients return to society and family, and improves patients' happiness. Upon graduation from college, after more than two years of technical work in pharmaceutical enterprises, Sun Changsen switched to marketing and operation management. In August 1993, he participated in the planning and construction of CITIC Pharmaceutical from scratch. At the age of 26, he became the youngest deputy general manager of CITIC Pharmaceutical and became the core management backbone of the company. Starting with a team of three or five people and zero business foundation, in line with the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, facing various challenges and difficulties, through the close cooperation and pioneering innovation of the team, CITIC Pharmaceutical has entered the road of rapid development with a growth of more than 40% for 20 consecutive years.

In 2013, Sun Changsen established LIH Healthcare Group, and positioned the company's development as the innovative development of China's rehabilitation medical industry.
At present, LIH Healthcare operates five rehabilitation institutions in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Xi'an. The rehabilitation chain integrates medical care and education, becoming the brand institution with the highest quality and international standardization in China; LIH Healthcare built Kunming LIH Tiancheng Rehabilitation Hospital, a secondary comprehensive rehabilitation hospital integrating medicine, education and research. In the next two years, LIH Healthcare will build expand the service network to other first-tier cities of Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Wuhan.
In the field of developmental behavioral pediatrics and children's rehabilitation,LIH Olivia's Place, a subsidiary of LIH Healthcare, is a complete children's rehabilitation institution built in accordance with international standards, and integrates educational support means to provide one-stop service solutions for more families. LIH Olivia's Place provides one-stop services such as rehabilitation early diagnosis and treatment, evaluation and intervention, medical and education integration for the developmental behavior problems of children and adolescents aged 0-18 years, such as comprehensive developmental delay, autism, language disorder, ADHD, etc. By tapping the potential of children through an interdisciplinary team, it has helped 31,000 children and provided more than 500,000 hours of treatment, and the rehabilitation efficacious rate is more than 80%.
