　　Speaker Profile:

　　Chen Zhenjiao, female, associate professor, doctoral tutor. The main areas of research are information system behavior, knowledge management, leadership style, and employee innovation. At present, he has published more than 40 academic papers in academic journals at home and abroad; he has published 1 monograph; he has hosted many projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

　　Brief introduction:

　　Combining the knowledge gained during the UBC visits in Canada, to share experiences and thoughts of our exchanges from the aspects of academic research, curriculum teaching and student development at the Sauder School of Business.
