Introduction to the keynote speaker:

Li Zhe, associate professor and master's director of accounting, director of the Academic Exchange Center of the School of Accounting of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and deputy director of the Capital Market Regulation and Reform Research Center of the Central University of Finance and Economics. He won the first prize of Beijing Young Teachers' Basic Skills Competition, the best teaching plan award, the best teaching demonstration award, and the best teaching reflection award. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation (general program, youth program) and the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education. Awarded the Best Paper Award by PricewaterhouseCoopers, a scholar with high download rate in Esville. Chinese papers have been published in Economic Research, Managing the World, World Economy, Accounting Research, Financial Research, Audit Research, etc. English achievements were published in The Accounting Review (UTD24) (FT50), Review of Finance (FT50), Journal of Corporate Finance

Introduction to the report: the report is divided into two parts

Usually, such as competition to create "golden class", young teachers bear the pressure of scientific research and need to give consideration to teaching. Therefore, we focus on sharing how to adhere to the principle of "practice produces topics, scientific research makes articles, and results into the classroom", love our teaching work and content, and combine what we know and understand in practice with theoretical knowledge.

If the competition is usually to win the "Youth Education Competition", how to strengthen the high familiarity with the teaching content, adhere to the "professional skills", and select the materials needed for the competition. "Only when you think clearly can you speak clearly, and only when you speak clearly can you do clearly", which is helpful to complete the competition teaching process calmly and excellently.
