Professor Hu Dajian of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing was invited to give a report

On December 24, 2021, we were honored to invite Hu Dajian, a researcher from China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, to deliver a report entitled "Development Trend of Supply chain in the post-epidemic era". The report was held in the 216 Conference room of the main building. More than 10 teachers and students from the Department of Management Engineering and graduate students attended the lecture. The moderator was Associate Professor Zhang Yuli from the Department of Management Engineering of the School of Management and Economics.

In this report, Researcher Hu Dajian discussed the ways and development trends of supply chain reconfiguration in the post-pandemic era, and analyzed innovative supply chain organizations and business models. Researcher Hu Dajian first sorted out the three major aspects of global supply chain reconfiguration in detail: value reconfiguration, mode reconfiguration and format reconfiguration, and introduced the three major trends of global supply chain reconfiguration: digitalization, regionalization and localization. Then, Researcher Hu Dajian introduced the innovation of supply chain business model and explained the digital transformation of supply chain with cases. Hu Dajian pointed out that the current industrial era is in a critical period of evolution to the digital era, and it is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries through digital empowerment. The report was warmly received by teachers and students.

Introduction to Researcher Hu Dajian:

Hu Dajian, President Assistant of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Committee, Executive Vice President of Public Procurement Branch, Executive Vice President of Modern Supply Chain Research Institute. Graduated from Fudan University, he has worked in the General Office of the Ministry of State Materials and Materials, the Policy System and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Domestic Trade, the China Institute of Material Economics, the China Logistics Information Center, and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. Presided over or participated in the completion of "Further Improvement of China's Government Procurement System" (2010), "Pilot Study on the Application of Electronic Invoices in the Field of E-commerce in China" (2011), "Research on China's Green Procurement Policy" (2011), "Influence of GPA Listing on the Procurement Mechanism of State-owned Enterprises and Suggestions" (20) 14), "Research on Statistical Methods and Models of Procurement Scale of Chinese State-owned Enterprises" (2015), "Research on National Strategy of Supply Chain" (2016) and other major and key research projects, It has also participated in The State Council's "Guidance on Actively Promoting Supply Chain Innovation and Application" and the "Notice of 8 departments including the Ministry of Commerce on carrying out Supply chain innovation and application pilot".
