　　1978年毕业于兰州大学数学力学系计算数学专业。1987年毕业于北京大学概率统计系，获理学硕士学位。1999年毕业于西南交通大学交通运输学院，获工学博士学位。2001年北方交通大学交通运输规划与管理博士后流动站出站。2002年香港城市大学管理科学系高级研究员。2005年美国伊利诺伊理工大学访问学者。2009年中国斯洛伐克两国科技部合作科研项目研究员。
　　主要从事管理决策、对策论（博弈论）、模糊集理论与应用、非可加测度论、物流与供应链管理、智能算法等教学和研究工作。在国内外学术刊物和会议上发表论文400余篇，其中有50余篇被SCI收录，100余篇被EI收录。出版著作5部。先后主持和参加10项科研项目，其中包括国家自然科学基金项目5项，中国博士后科学基金资助项目1项，教育部博士点基金项目1项。有2项科研项目获省级奖。2003年获运筹新人奖。
